About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our global recruiting efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring teams and candidates to keep the recruiting process running seamlessly.

Reporting into our Director of Recruiting, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional candidate experience and driving efficient interview scheduling across both technical and non-technical teams. You’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy creating order from complexity. This is a fully remote position for someone located in the Eastern Time Zone, as you will be assisting hiring both in the US, Tel Aviv, and additional global markets as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, hiring teams, and executives.
• Uphold a strong candidate experience end-to-end that reflects our mission-driven, people-first culture, from their initial contact with us to preparing their employment letter to come on board.
• Manage daily scheduling requests, as well as anticipating interview conflicts and resolving issues with a sense of urgency.
• Build and own scalable recruiting operation processes for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Maintain accuracy and assist with reporting needs, utilizing Greenhouse, Gem, Slack, etc.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates to provide updates and guidance throughout the interview process.
• Support candidate pipelines and track progress with a bias for action, including assisting with resume review and actioning next steps promptly.
• Support recruiting project initiatives, events and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination or talent operations role at a high-growth company.
• Experience coordinating across global time zones and working with distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS required.
• Previous experience working remotely using real-time communication platforms, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Solution-oriented and an out-of-box problem solver, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
