Job Description

Two Circles is a leading sports agency that works with over 300 sports properties globally, including the Premier League, NFL, UEFA, and Wimbledon. Our mission is to help sports organisations grow their fan base and drive business growth by leveraging data and technology.

We have just over 600 Two Circlers in 8 offices across three global regions, in: LA, Kansas City, Miami, New York, London, Bern, Paris and Melbourne... With more to come! We help sports properties by understanding their complex challenges and use data/insights to really understand sport fans best to then work closely with our clients to help deliver creative and bespoke solutions.

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for the company. This position will report to the Talent Director and will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remote, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the Talent Manager and hiring managers.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including conducting orientations and coordinating training sessions.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
