We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who thrives under pressure, communicates with impact, and brings the energy of a true team player. THE CHALLENGE:

  • Lead and shape the talent acquisition strategy across the Philippines and APAC region, partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment with business priorities and workforce planning.

  • Provide expert consultation on recruitment strategies, balancing regional nuances with global talent objectives.

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, world-class candidate experience.

  • Empower and guide your team, mentoring junior TA members to elevate overall recruitment capability across the region.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and scale the recruitment playbook, improving speed, quality, and efficiency across multiple markets.

  • Drive data-informed decision-making, using insights to anticipate talent gaps, influence leadership, and ensure recruitment outcomes meet global standards.

  • Act as a strategic leader in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term talent growth initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Proven Talent Acquisition experience as a Senior TA Partner or Lead, managing full life-cycle recruitment across entry-level, part-time, and senior roles in operational, corporate, and sales functions.

  • Strong knowledge of the Philippines talent market; experience across APAC is a big plus.

  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with stakeholders and advising senior leadership.

  • Confident using data to make decisions, adapt processes, and drive smarter outcomes.

  • Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, juggling priorities across multiple time zones.

  • Culturally aware and collaborative—we’re proudly multinational, and our diversity is one of our strongest assets.

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a strong advantage.

  • Leads regional recruitment strategies across APAC, ensuring alignment with global talent priorities and local market nuances.

  • Mentors and guides junior TA team members, elevating overall recruitment capability and driving consistency in high-quality hiring across the region.
