About the Team & Opportunity
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Partner (Clinical Focus) will work cross-functionally to understand the unique needs of our behavioral health clinic partners, our internal Quartet team, and Quartet Medical Group partners to identify the best talent for their openings. You will lead full-cycle recruiting while building and executing strategies that deliver an incredible candidate experience to attract the best in the field. You will be responsible for passively sourcing candidates across the roles that you've been assigned.
Core roles that this clinically-focused Talent Acquisition Partner will be accountable for hiring include: LCSWs, LPCs, PMHNPs, Psychiatrists, and behavioral-health / value-based care focused operational and administrative roles. Prior experience in hiring these key roles is a requirement.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to keep pace in a highly fluid, ever-changing, collaborative workplace. You must also have excellent communication skills, the ability to strategically partner with leadership and the ability to influence/respond to complexities with a high level of professional acumen. We're proud to offer the following benefits to our team members:
Compensation: $75k - $85k + a 7.5% quarterly bonus, dependent on experience.
Note: There will be a 90-day probationary period for all newly hired Talent Acquisition Partners.
