Strategize: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to our needs.
Source and Screen: Identify top talent, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates efficiently.
Communicate Our Mission: Convey Playson’s culture and values compellingly to potential hires.
Build Relationships: Foster long-term connections with hiring managers and stakeholders, guiding them on best practices.
Analyze and Improve: Track recruitment metrics and continuously suggest enhancements to our processes.

🌟 Who You Are:
Experienced: at least 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting in tech-heavy environments, where you showcase your ability to assess candidates for a match with company’s values and desired behaviours. iGaming experience is a must.
Professional: You understand that recruitment is a sale and actively follow this. You are not prone to both receiving and giving feedback because you care.
Communicative: Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.
Proactive: Always on the lookout for better solutions and improvements.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with complex technical requirements and recruitment automation tools.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
English Proficiency: At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
