As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Mid level) focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, you’ll be a key strategic partner to our leadership teams, owning the entire recruitment lifecycle for critical business functions like Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. This role is essential for driving our next chapter of growth by raising the bar on talent quality and ensuring we secure experienced professionals who can successfully scale our business internationally. You’ll be hands-on with the process while contributing to our hiring strategy and improving candidate experience.
Full-Cycle GTM Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of experienced GTM roles (mid-level to senior), from intake meeting and sourcing strategy through to offer negotiation and closing.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, challenging assumptions, defining precise role requirements, and guiding effective hiring decisions based on market data.
Quality & Speed: Run structured, data-informed processes that drive both the quality and speed of hiring, ensuring efficient funnel movement without sacrificing candidate experience.
Pipeline Generation: Partner with Talent Sourcing (or execute directly for priority roles) to develop robust, diverse pipelines of passive, experienced talent.
Process Elevation: Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Almedia’s TA processes, tools, and interviewer training.
Market Expertise: Provide deep market insights into compensation, talent availability, and competitive landscapes, particularly within the Berlin tech sector.
3+ years of successful full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, etc.) in a corporate or tech environment.
Proven track record of success hiring in the Berlin market, ideally within scaling startups or high-growth technology companies.
Exceptional confidence managing and influencing senior stakeholders, providing advisory support with credibility and data.
Demonstrated ability to "raise the bar" on talent quality, challenging hiring managers when necessary to focus on top-tier candidates.
Strong communication skills in English and a highly structured, strategic, and proactive approach to managing complex reqs.
A data-informed mindset, capable of using insights and metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, funnel conversion) to improve performance.
