About the role
We are looking for a TA Project Manager to join the HR department at Sporty. Partnering with the Global TA Lead, you’ll play a key role in building the foundations of a CoE, designing processes, developing dashboards, embedding data-led decision making, and helping to shape how we deliver exceptional hiring experiences at scale.
What you’ll be doingWork with the Global TA Lead to deliver key milestones in building a scalable, insight-led Centre of ExcellenceMap, document, and help refine end to end recruitment workflows to drive consistency, efficiency and an excellent stakeholder and candidate experienceCreate and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give visibility into hiring performance, funnel metrics and forecastingEstablish ways to gather and share market insights, from talent mapping and benchmarking to competitor trends that inform strategic decisionsCollaborating on employer branding initiatives, helping to shape and scale our global talent brand as a key investment area Drive the adoption of AI-driven tools and automation to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data accuracy Support the rollout of best practices, SLAs, and frameworks to ensure operations excellence across the TA teamHelping to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and data-led ways of working, supporting communication and engagement across teamsWhat you’ll bringPrior experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, TA Transformation or HR/TA Project Management within global, high growth organisationsConfident analysing data and translating it into actionDemonstrable track record of delivering change projects and clearly articulating their business impactStrong understanding of recruitment processes, systems and metricsExperienced in leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, innovation, decision-making, and candidate experienceOrganised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast moving, scaling businessSkilled at using Google Workspace, ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, CRM tools and data visualisation tools such as Miro / Power BI / Tableau or similar Excited by the chance to help build something new and high impactFluency in English is essentialWhat’s In It For You
