THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to our People team in Spain.

You can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates currently residing in Spain. 

You will join the People team at an exciting moment for Wellhub. As Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Europe, you will lead regional hiring and develop a high-impact recruiting team to support our next stage of international expansion. Partnering with senior leaders, you will translate business priorities into workforce plans that enable organizational growth. You will be responsible for opening new markets, hiring the teams that will drive success in these regions. Beyond recruitment, you will drive data-driven initiatives and scalable practices to deliver high-quality outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategy and leadership while shaping the teams that power Wellhub’s continued European growth.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead and grow the TA team, mentoring and empowering recruiters while scaling the function to support Wellhub’s growth across Europe.
  • Drive high-impact, full-cycle recruitment and sourcing, managing key, strategic hires, external vendors (when necessary) and creative channels to reach the right talent.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce plans and talent strategies, including new markets such as France and Benelux.
  • Provide market intelligence and benchmarking, conducting salary research and market analysis to guide leadership on competitive positioning and expansion strategies.
  • Establish modern recruitment operations, standardizing processes, SLAs, scorecards, and leveraging ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with EU and local labor laws, and align all recruitment activities with internal policies and governance standards.
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion across sourcing, interviewing, and selection to build diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Leverage data and innovation to optimize performance, tracking TA metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire…), creating insights for leadership, and implementing AI/automation tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Who You Are

  • A Talent Acquisition leader with 12+ years of experience, including 10+ years leading teams in high-growth tech environments or multinational organizations.
  • Experienced in scaling teams and supporting regional or international expansion, with a proven track record of building the teams that enable growth in new markets.
  • A collaborative leader who is passionate about developing and empowering high-performing teams that deliver real business impact.
  • A confident communicator who can partner with C-level stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels.
  • Curious and analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Energized by fast-paced, evolving environments, able to balance multiple priorities while keeping teams focused and motivated.
  • Fluent in both English and French, with additional European languages considered a strong plus.
