Hawk-Eye Innovations is a global leader in sports technology, delivering officiating, tracking, replay and broadcast solutions used across elite sport. From football and tennis to cricket and baseball, our systems operate in live environments where precision and reliability are essential.
Hawk-Eye forms part of Sony Sports, a growing portfolio of sports technology businesses within Sony. Together we support leagues, federations, teams and broadcasters around the world, combining computer vision, data systems and broadcast technology to power some of the biggest moments in sport.
Behind this technology is a global operations workforce made up of highly trained operators who run our systems onsite at stadiums and arena;, and from our remote operations centres. Hiring and coordinating that workforce is a critical part of delivering sport on match day.
This is a Talent Coordinator role focused on global Operations hiring.
At Hawk-Eye, our technology supports live sport across multiple leagues and competitions around the world. Whether it is football leagues globally, baseball in the United States, college sports across North America, or cricket in India, our systems are delivered by operators working onsite at live sporting events.
Because sport runs in seasons, our hiring does too.
At different points in the year we run large recruitment campaigns to prepare for upcoming competitions and leagues. This can mean significant hiring ramps ahead of the baseball season in the US, the start of football leagues globally, college sports seasons, or other international competitions.
During these periods recruitment activity can increase quickly, with large numbers of applications, interviews and onboarding processes running simultaneously across multiple regions.
This role sits right at the centre of that process.
You will manage inbound candidates, coordinate interviews and help ensure our recruitment systems and processes run smoothly. You will also play a key role in improving the operational side of our hiring process, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, introduce automation and improve candidate experience.
It is a role that combines organisation, candidate communication and process improvement, all supporting the delivery of live sport around the world.
You will act as the operational backbone of our global Operations recruitment process.
A large part of the role involves managing inbound applications from candidates interested in becoming operators at live sporting events. You will review applications, communicate with candidates and help guide them through each stage of the process.
You will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers and regional operations leads. Attention to detail is important, as scheduling mistakes can have knock-on impacts when hiring at scale.
You will also play a key role in managing our Applicant Tracking System, Ashby. This includes ensuring candidate pipelines are organised, data is accurate and the system supports the recruitment team effectively.
Beyond the day-to-day administration, we are particularly interested in someone who enjoys improving processes. This might include identifying inefficiencies in the hiring workflow, introducing small automations within the ATS, improving candidate communications or helping us scale our process during peak seasonal hiring periods.
Because our recruitment cycles follow the global sporting calendar, you will also help the team prepare for peak hiring windows and ensure we can handle higher application volumes smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
You enjoy working with systems and processes and are naturally curious about how things can be improved. You notice inefficiencies and think about how workflows could be smoother or more automated.
You communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and stakeholders, and you are comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and time zones.
Experience supporting recruitment processes, high-volume hiring or working with an Applicant Tracking System such as Ashby would be beneficial, but curiosity and attention to detail are just as important.
