Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Help plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs—including onboarding, leadership development, and sales training.
1+ year of hands-on experience supporting programs in human resources, learning & development, talent management, or a closely related function (e.g., coordinating training, managing employee data, or supporting talent initiatives). Demonstrated working knowledge of leadership development or adult learning principles, with the ability to apply them in real-world settings (e.g., training coordination, facilitation support, or content development). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (e.g., data tracking, basic formulas, reporting) and experience creating professional presentations in PowerPoint. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, including prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail, demonstrated through accurate data entry, reporting, or documentation management. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting professionally with stakeholders at different levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. Preferred
Experience with Workday (Learning, Talent, or Performance modules).
