What You’ll Be Doing:

• Champion employee engagement by designing and delivering meaningful initiatives, events, and experiences that strengthen our culture and sense of belonging.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site and large-scale corporate events that reflect our culture, values, and energy.
• Manage and grow the Social Club, creating engaging activities such as themed Fridays, quizzes, and after-work experiences - and be present on-site to bring them to life.
• Craft and publish internal communications – from campaigns and posters to articles and online posts – ensuring brand consistency and a lively, authentic tone of voice.
• Lead engaging onboarding experiences by welcoming and training new starters, owning the Malta site welcome, and supporting induction training sessions both locally and globally.
• Collaborate closely with Facilities, Communications, HR, and IT to ensure seamless event delivery and smooth onboarding experiences.
• Handle event logistics and budgets with precision, ensuring smart resource use and memorable outcomes.
• Support the Senior Talent Engagement Manager with global engagement initiatives and campaigns that connect Betssonites across regions.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives and ensure maximum impact.
• Be a visible cultural ambassador – approachable, creative, energetic, and ready to take the stage when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in either employee engagement, internal communications, HR, or a related field.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
• Confident communicator who can engage diverse audiences and build strong, trusting relationships.
• Proven experience planning and delivering events and projects – ideally within a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Creative thinking and a knack for turning ideas into reality.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with budget management and event logistics is an advantage.
