Who You Are: As Nutrabolt’s Talent Manager, Beverage, you will work closely with teams both internally and externally to drive Nutrabolt’s partnerships with athletes, influencers, brand partners, team sponsorships, etc. You will maintain and activate current relationships in addition to onboarding new partners. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who can take initiative to achieve results.

What You're Good At:

Athlete / Talent Activation

  • Support C4 Energy business objectives with strategic talent partnerships that meet internal retail, brand and social team needs.
  • Assist partnership & talent team with Go To Market and 360 Activation planning which may include product launch & sustain plans, retail & social support plans, and/or brand campaign integration.
  • Collaborate with influencer team to develop integrated strategies and plans to bring content and activations to life.

Athlete / Talent Management

  • Assist with talent scouting and contracting within key audience targets
  • Build trusted relationships with current & new talent going beyond transactional and creating an environment in which talent feel like an extension of the family
  • Co-create athlete & talent briefs to ensure content and messaging is on brand
  • Assist with athlete & talent production which can range from content ideation to sourcing props
  • Deliver high quality product education to athletes & talent
  • Supply talent with monthly product and branded items as needed
  • Secure athlete autograph items & allocate to channel teams as needed

Contract Management & Reporting  

  • Manage all contractual assets & deliverables for completion. Assets may include social posts, content, production days, appearances, branding, interviews, community and/or retail integration, PR, autograph items, etc.
  • Track and measure all contractual assets in a monthly talent & influencer report showcasing data driven results & recommendations
  • Audit monthly social posts to ensure completion and FTC disclosures
  • Track and manage payments with AP ensuring on budget and on time payments
  • In this position, your goals and KPIs will be focused on driving top-of-mind brand awareness and revenue generation through building strong brand equity via talent partnerships. Specific KPI’s to include:
      • Aided awareness and brand consideration of the Nutrabolt brands
      • Impressions
      • Earned media value
      • Revenue generated

What You Contribute: 

  • Minimum Qualifications: 
    • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, influencer and/or talent management 
    • Proven team player with an ability to develop high quality internal and external relationships
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines 
    • Ability to think strategically at a high level, but also develop tactical recommendations and execute with great attention to detail 
    • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
    • High quality communication skills with the ability to create effective presentations in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Preferred qualifications: 
    • Experience with GRIN
    • Experience in the beverage, fitness, and/or sports or active nutrition industries 
    • Familiarity with working with talent to drive brand awareness, sales goals and omnichannel results
    • Content creation abilities a plus 
    • Experience in racing/motorsports a plus
