This role will report to the Director of Talent.
Strava is committed to becoming an antiracist company, and Antiracism is our first value. We live this value in the recruitment process by ensuring that we speak to a variety of people, including people from identity groups that are currently underrepresented within Strava. This requires us to proactively search for candidates from a diverse set of backgrounds, and in this role, you will assist in that effort. It is important that whoever joins our team in this Talent Partner role shares similar passions and is committed to helping incorporate antiracist strategies into our culture.
