We help everyday runners become outstanding by providing world-class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you're improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. To date we have built iOS, Android and Apple watch apps that help people achieve their goals by coaching them through the full journey and syncing to their favourite fitness devices.

We’re growing extremely fast and in November 2023 closed a new £5M funding round led by JamJar with participation from Eka Ventures, Venrex and Creator Ventures. Our aim is to reach millions of subscribers in the next 5 years and be the go-to training platform for any runner. Requirements

What you’ll be doing

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team / office assistant! You’ll work across all areas of the business to help everyone do their best work and enjoy working at Runna. We want someone that can roll-up their sleeves and dive into anything with enthusiasm. For this role we would love someone that would be happy to come into our London offices at least 4 days per week.

The role will include:

  • Helping to organise socials and team events, arranging lunches and meetings, support with welcoming new joiners (setting up their new workspace, arrange access to the building, office tours etc).
  • Support with arranging special gifts etc for birthdays, work anniversaries, special occasions - we love to celebrate here!
  • Assisting with various admin tasks as needed by the team
  • Ensuring our office is a great place to work - we want someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help with looking after and organising the office!
  • Ensuring the team have everything required for the best possible work in a tidy environment
  • Making sure the office is an amazing place to be (watering plants, tidying, topping up snacks and the fridges - the team is a hungry bunch!)
  • Handling incoming post, ordering new office supplies

Further responsibilities: Additional tasks which will come up now and again. E.g event activation

What experience we’re looking for

  • We’d love someone that has 1+ years experience as an team/office assistant but this isn’t required - if you meet the below description then get in touch!
  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details independently
  • Familiarity with coordinating internal events and managing logistics
  • Proficiency with office (we use Google) software, including spreadsheets, email, and calendar, as well as comfort with learning new tools and technologies

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • You’re highly organised and efficient
  • Strong attention to detail, can-do attitude
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate with multiple teams

Benefits and options

We offer a salary of £31,500 year depending on experience plus equity in the form of Runna stock options.

We'll be growing our package of benefits over time. We currently offer:

  • Salary reviews every 6 months or whenever we raise more investment
  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays
  • A workplace pension scheme where if you pay 5% we pay 3%
  • Flexible working - although this role will require 3-5 days in the office
  • A brand new MacBook, a running watch of your choice, and anything else you need to do your best work

  • Enhanced family care policy (3 months fully paid leave when a new Runna joins the family, fertility support & other benefits)
  • An hour slot each week (during work time) to do a Runna workout
