Your role as a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition

Reporting to Emmanuelle Gabay, you will contribute to ensuring we are hiring top talent within your dedicated clients' teams while continuously supporting the talent acquisition team.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Leading a high performing and highly engaged team 
• Driving the delivery of the hiring plan in accordance with best practices
  
• Being the point person for our stakeholders when it comes to member-facing recruitment needs
• Managing the hiring forecasting documents and making sure it always reflects the most up to date information
• Contributing to continuous improvement by monitoring our candidate and hiring manager satisfaction surveys 
  
• Supporting employer branding initiatives 
• Supporting with recruitment as needed 

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have at least 1 year of high volume recruitment experience 
• Inspire and lead the team toward achieving organizational goals
• Demonstrate effective decision-making and accountability
• Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment
• Analyze market trends to inform strategic initiatives and execution
• Align organizational objectives with a forward-thinking vision
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Balance the needs and expectations of various stakeholders
• Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
