WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Facilitating communication between stakeholders in Customer Platform Engineering, translating business needs into actionable plans
Supporting the team to help them to ensure that each problem or requirement being solved is ready for work and is broken down to be independent, valuable, estimable and testable
Ensuring that your team has context and understanding of Business and Customer needs to produce valuable solutions for the end user.
Articulating technical realities to stakeholders of all levels (Technical and non technically focused)
Producing and identifying the requirements of Stakeholders through conversations, document analysis, requirement workshops, business process descriptions, analysis, user cases, scenarios and workflow analysis
Map, analyse and documenting current and future complex business requirements using standard tooling and agreed standards, for Teams and Stakeholders to understand proposed solutions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

Must have experience as a BA in either Tech Platform or Tech Systems
Ability to work on a volume of tickets
Significant experience working in Agile environments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Proven ability to provide alternative points of view and unpick traditional ways of working to provide actionable ways of working
Able to work flexibly and to tight deadlines

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
