A bit about the Spirable division

Genius Sports have recently acquired Spirable, a leading creative performance platform. 

Spirable allows brands, agencies and rights holders to create, automate and optimize highly personalized content. The at-scale offering uses live and contextual data and AI to distribute content across the major digital media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Snapchat. The SaaS platform is highly complementary to Genius’ existing media and advertising products, expanding the Company’s ability to deliver fans contextually relevant and personalized content.

The combination of Genius Sports’ official sports data, extensive network, and operational scale with Spirable’s highly innovative video platform will result in deeper engagement, higher performance, and lower cost of acquisition for partners.

Spirable’s customers will broaden Genius’ extensive global brand network, adding household names such as Spotify, Coca-Cola, P&G, Domino’s, Diageo and Heineken. In addition, Spirable has established links with the sports and gaming sector, providing its services to businesses including DraftKings, Flutter, WynnBET, Betway, 888 Holdings.

About the role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Account Specialist to join our team, focusing on the technical execution of platform features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless campaign automation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on problem solving, and is eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. As a key part of our operations team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement and maintain technical solutions that drive success for our partners. What you’ll do:
  • Automate social media advertising campaigns using our native platform tools, ensuring smooth execution and optimal performance.
  • Define technical requirements for custom campaign use cases, collaborating with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions when necessary.
  • Understand and manage the integration of campaign automation solutions with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to ensure successful ad promotion.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team by helping define solutions for non-standard use cases, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Analyze and review data points from APIs and internal databases, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns through optimized data usage.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify, report, and troubleshoot platform bugs, and participate in testing and providing feedback on new tools and features.
  • Support the commercial team in client conversations, translating complex technical tasks into simple, easy-to-understand explanations. 

Attributes and Skills Requirements 

  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, able to grasp new processes and technologies rapidly and propose solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in ad operations or technical operations, ideally within a digital agency or a related field, with familiarity in Ad Serving Platforms (e.g., Social Media Ads Manager).
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot campaign automation tools and understand platform integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach, comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as commercial, product, and engineering.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have attributes: 

  • Basic understanding of APIs and JSON files.
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of HTML, SQL, JQ or any other coding languages.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ZenDesk.
  • Knowledge of media tracking solutions like web pixels or MMPs.
  • Interest in sports is always welcome.
