<div>With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Tech Feature Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.</div></br><b>Responsibilities</b></br><li>Help organise, manage and follow up on technical feature groups and ensure delivery according to specs</li><li>Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives and timelines.</li><li>Help translate new pipelines, workflows, features, ideas and requests into requirements and actionable production plans</li><li>Help setup and administrate production pipelines (Jira, reporting, …)&nbsp;</li><li>Help analyse existing solutions, new proposals and propose improvements</li><li>As a reality check, play the game and try the features to assess priorities, progress and quality</li><li>Prioritise, reprioritise, handle requests</li><li>Track work and progress and react accordingly</li><li>Unblock, solve or escalate issues, remove distractions</li></br><b>Requirements</b></br><li>Experience in game development and game production</li><li>Game programming experience (in C++)</li><li>Advanced Jira experience (Admin level)</li><li>Adaptable and versatile in managing and following up on complex features across technical domains</li><li>Can remain impartial and be the voice of reason in the room</li><li>Proficiency with Google Sheets, Jira, Miro, Confluence</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go into “finishing mode” when needed to close features</li><li>Ability to distill complex features into actionable, bite-sized tasks, identifying correct priorities and building clear roadmaps</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mediate between disciplines while remaining objective and solution-oriented</li><li>Great verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts</li></br>
