We are looking for an experienced value-driven Technical Product Owner. Your primary responsibilities include backlog management and solutions design according to company and industry best practices. You will apply agile scrum methodology, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, refine product backlog, and advocate for end-user and business needs.
To succeed in the role you have:
Data-driven mindset and user-centric approach to improvement and product development
Software development experience - Any object-oriented programming language, deep understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka (or other message brokers)
Relevant experience as a Technical Product Owner/Engineering Manager managing digital products
Proven track record of delivering digital products using sharp analytical skills
You are proactive, entrepreneurial, creative and you like to develop a vision for the product on your own. You know that a well-written Product Backlog does not guarantee a product's success
Capacity to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of varied seniority, from both Commercial and Technical sides of the organization
Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features, managing the backlog
Proven experience displaying decision-making skills, with the ability to assess business impact, risks and opportunity
Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira), collaboration software (Confluence, Miro)
Fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian
Enjoy working independently, flat hierarchies and direct communication drives you
iGaming domain knowledge is a big plus
What will you be doing?
🛠️ Develop and Manage the Tools Delivery Backlog: As a key member of the Forge Squad responsible for the Internal Tools Delivery, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage a dynamic backlog. This will involve identifying new tools and enhancements for existing tools, prioritizing them based on strategic business needs, and maintaining a well-organized backlog that aligns with the company's objectives for internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
🛠️ Analyze and Optimize Tool Performance: Take responsibility for analyzing the performance and usage of existing internal tools. Use this data to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements. Your analytical skills will guide data-driven decisions to improve tool functionality, efficiency, and user satisfaction, ensuring that our internal tools evolve to meet the changing needs of the business and our customers.
🛠️ Understand Internal User Needs: Engage with various stakeholders within the organization to deeply understand their processes, challenges, and needs. Your insights into the internal user base will be crucial in developing tools that are not only efficient but also user-friendly and tailored to enhance our team's productivity and project management capabilities.
🛠️ Partner with Stakeholders for Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business owners, technical teams, and other relevant stakeholders to define clear and concise business requirements for new tools and enhancements. Foster a collaborative environment where communication is open and ideas are shared freely. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the development team understands these requirements and delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
