We seek a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding the hiring process for technical positions within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, tools, and the current Tech job market to attract and engage top talent effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and engage with best-in-class technical talent.Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for key technical roles.Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor and guide applicants throughout the hiring journey.Technical Screening & Interviews:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and the skills needed for open roles.Carry out the first stage of remote interviews to appraise applicants' technical expertise and potential to integrate well with the company's ethos and work environment.Coordinate and schedule interviews with appropriate stakeholders.At Veo, you'll be part of a thriving work environment where every day brings new excitement.
