Work Location: Remote (PST time zone preferred)

Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr (depending on location)

This non-traditional Technical Research Associate role working with an exciting AI start-up based in San Francisco.   This role includes providing back-up support to Senior Research Associates with rolling out new projects, trouble-shooting technical issues and answering questions, piloting new technical projects, reporting, and attending daily stand-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide Back-up support in leading team members for Senior Research Associates
• Contributing to the management of scheduling of team members
• Contributing to setting targets for the team (KPIs) for projects
• Attending Daily stand-ups with Client
• Trouble-shooting and answering questions for the team
• Assisting in the Training of Team on new projects
• Performing quality audits
• Maintaining high quality on work completed for projects
• Contributing to the Completion of Daily and Weekly Reports
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly
