We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Lead to act as the main point of contact and work both independently and collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will provide proactive, behind-the-scenes support, ensuring that clients experience uninterrupted service.
✅ Job Requirements
To succeed in the advertised role, you have:
Experience leading Tech Support teams in the iGaming domain is a must
To be a proactive and client-oriented person with a strong work ethic
Effective communication skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot
At least Upper-intermediate level of proper written and oral English
Strong desire to develop and learn quickly
Knowledge of XML/JSON
Knowledge of Git
Understanding of API protocols
SDLC knowledge
Basic knowledge of the QA process
Previous experience in a relevant position (2+ years)
Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, DataDog, Prometheus, etc.)
