Job Description

Playson is a leading online gaming supplier, founded in 2012, which has developed worldwide recognition in the industry. We offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for the leading iGaming operators. 

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Lead to act as the main point of contact and work both independently and collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will provide proactive, behind-the-scenes support, ensuring that clients experience uninterrupted service.

✅ Job Requirements

To succeed in the advertised role, you have:

  • Experience leading Tech Support teams in the iGaming domain is a must

  • To be a proactive and client-oriented person with a strong work ethic

  • Effective communication skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot

  • At least Upper-intermediate level of proper written and oral English

  • Strong desire to develop and learn quickly

  • Knowledge of XML/JSON

  • Knowledge of Git

  • Understanding of API protocols

  • SDLC knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of the QA process

  • Previous experience in a relevant position (2+ years)

  • Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, DataDog, Prometheus, etc.)

  • Stream Management: Handle all Technical Support-related events and documents efficiently

  • Team Building: Play a crucial role in candidate interviews and shaping job descriptions

  • Problem Solving: Understand and analyze issues to find effective solutions

  • Thorough Testing: Ensure seamless integration with detailed protocol testing

  • Technical Support Pro: Provide excellent second-level customer support

  • Team Collaboration: Work proactively with other teams for collective success
