What You’ll Do
The Tenant Experience Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures for tenant events and conferencing, while providing the highest level of customer service.
How You'll DoResponsible for marketing the conference facility in order to drive engagement and revenue in the spaceManage conference bookings Manage day-to-day technical and operational needs of second floor conference and lounge spaceCoordinate bookings & execute meeting planning and eventsResponsible for assisting in marketing the tenant experience program; coordinating with the tenant experience team, property management, leasing and any other necessary stakeholdersLearn and anticipate tenant needs/preferences to provide them with personalized solutions + offer surprise and delight moments to improve tenant experiencesExecution of creative tenant programming/events Manage vendor partnershipsManage master calendar of building eventsCreate + distribute monthly newsletter including calendar of events and lifestyle content Provide tailored recommendations for dining (team outings, corporate dinners, date night), corporate gifting, conference/meeting catering options, etc.Manage amenity reservations including conference room bookings and private rentals (agreements, security deposits, enforcing of rules & regulations, pre/post walkthroughs, etc.)Assist tenants with conference/meeting room preparation (i.e. catering, system checks, ensure smooth guest check-in, etc.)Liaison and collaborate with other on-site teams to ensure a consistent five-star tenant experience Key CompetenciesCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear and effective communication and dissemination of information. Understand and follow the process for communication, and how and when information is shared.Organization and task management: Prioritize work and effectively delegate tasks.
