Responsibilities: 

• Support and help team on tools and support issues 

• Taking ownership of requests, proactive communication with the project, IT and customer teams 

• Validate tool related issues and support SEs on issues resolution 

• Support of onboarding process (accounts creation, hardware and software configuration) 

• Installation, configuration and support of standard set of user software/hardware 

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues ensuring project team satisfaction 

• Sharing knowledge with team colleagues 

• Managing and documenting internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records 

Requirements

• 2+ years of QA/Support experience 

• Basic knowledge of modern OS (Windows, Linux), networks (TCP, UDP, etc.) and network protocols (HTTP, SSH) 

• Strong troubleshooting skills 

• Engineering mindset and strong ability to research given issues in short time 

• Ready and easy to learn, be able to get familiar with specific project tools and then help other team members with tools/services usage 

• Good communication skills, be able to talk to people a lot and assist in resolving their problems 

• C++ experience is a big opportunity for you to grow into Software Engineer 

• Familiarity with QA basics 

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook  

• Basic scripting and programming experience will be a plus,  

• Game related experience will be a plus 

• Good spoken and written English.
