The Best Players Need the Best People. This position serves as support of the TPC Passport Program for the Tournament Players Club Network. Primary responsibilities will include administration support for the fulfillment of tee time and vacation packages for TPC Passport members and guest, PGA TOUR Corporate Marketing Partners, and public consumers.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field required; equivalent, directly-related work experience may substitute for a degree Entry level role with internship experience in administrative support and client/customer service experience and thorough knowledge of general business procedures and client service Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; high level of proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tool Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively present information Ability to work independently and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts
