KingMakers is one of Africa's leading sports and gaming entertainment companies. Through BetKing, our flagship brand in Nigeria, we serve millions of customers and support one of the largest retail agent networks in the country. We are building the products, technology and experiences that are redefining entertainment across the continent.
The Trade Marketing Specialist, Agency is where our brand meets the market. You will bring BetKing to life across our agent network, from shop signage and in-shop visibility through to activations, roadshows and product launches on the ground.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is as comfortable in a planning session with Product and Marketing as they are standing in a shop, checking that the branding has landed the way it should. You will spend real time in the field, close to our agents and Regional Teams, and you will see the results of your work in every shop you walk into.
If you enjoy turning strategy into visible, measurable activity on the ground, this is a role where your work will be seen every single day.
- Trade marketing execution: Coordinate and execute Agency marketing initiatives across regions, keeping them aligned with brand and commercial objectives. Drive agency branding, including shop signage and in-shop visibility materials, and deliver on-ground activity such as shop activations, roadshows and localised promotions, including new shop openings and relaunches.
- Agent and community engagement: Work with Regional Teams, Grandmasters and Master Agents to deepen grassroots engagement and build trust across the network.
- Product go to market: Support the planning and execution of GTM launches across the Agency channel. Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations and Regional Teams to turn GTM plans into field-ready execution, and coordinate agent-facing communications, training materials and in-shop assets so that launches land on time and drive adoption at shop level.
- Creative and design support: Design trade marketing materials including posters, flyers, banners, activation creatives and basic digital assets, using tools such as Canva, and adapt centrally developed assets for local and regional execution.
- Performance, insight and reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of activations and campaigns, monitor execution quality in the field, and feed insight from agents and Regional Teams back to Product and Marketing to shape future campaigns. Maintain accurate records of materials, activations and regional deployments.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with central Marketing to protect brand consistency, and partner with Operations and Regional Teams so that marketing activity supports commercial goals such as stakes growth and agent retention.
