We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Specialist to help support our training department inside of Customer Service. Core responsibilities include providing outstanding service to our players by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing loyalty programs, and setting/achieving satisfaction goals, and developing team members.

The training specialist will play an integral role in the creation and execution of various learning / development programs. This person will combine creativity, research and analysis, and a deep knowledge of adult learning to enhance existing materials and create new ones.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Assist in developing engaging training materials by completing thorough research, game knowledge, analyzing player interactions and assessing the needs of internal staff, content creation

• Facilitate and run training sessions / workshops to create a culture of learning
• Ensure that new staff members receive appropriate introductory training
• Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
• Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development 
• Day to day reporting and communication to clients
• Cooperation with clients on training framework

カスタマーサービスでのトレーニングをサポートし、そして、モチベーションと経験のあるトレーニング・スペシャリストを募集しています。主な職務は、効率的なカスタマーサービスマニュアルの作成、ロイヤルティプログラムの実施、満足度目標の設定・達成、チームメンバーの育成などを通じて、ゲームプレイヤーに卓越したサービスを提供することです。

トレーニング・スペシャリストは、さまざまな学習・能力開発プログラムの作成と実行において重要な役割を担います。トレーニング・スペシャリストには、創造性、調査・分析力、成人学習に関する深い知識を組み合わせて、既存のトレーニング資料を強化し、新しい資料の作成を行っていただきます。

具体的な業務内容:

• 徹底的なリサーチ、ゲーム知識、プレイヤーとの交流分析、社内スタッフのニーズ評価、コンテンツ作成などを行い、魅力的なトレーニング資料の開発をアシストする
• 学習文化を創造するために、トレーニングセッション・ワークショップを促進・運営する
• 新しいスタッフが適切な導入研修を受けられるようにする
• 調査に基づき、スタッフが次のステップに進むための研修プログラムを計画・実施する
• 従業員開発における新しいトレンドやツールを常に把握する
• クライアント様への日々の報告とコミュニケーション
• トレーニングの枠組みについてクライアント様と協力する

Requirements

• Relevant experience in conducting trainings 

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Design and training material creation capability
• Fluency in English(business) and Japanese (N1)
• Familiarity with games is a big bonus
• Flexibility with working weekends

Working hours and days off

• Working hours: 10:00～19:00 (1 hour break and 8 hours of work）
• Days off: 2 days off a week based on shift schedule, national holidays

勤務スケジュールと休日

• スケジュール：土日を含むシフト制（週5日勤務 ）、10:00~19:00 (実働8時間／日)
• 休日：週2日（シフトによる）、祝日
