During this first ever Transformation Graduate Program, your mission will be to drive change and process improvement initiatives and gain experience in projects that support the delivery of key areas from Gymshark’s Product & Supply Chain strategy.

Working within our Transformation Team you will build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across the business, working with Sourcing, Materials, Product Development, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability Teams.

What you’ll learn

This role offers a rotation between the Project Management and Process Improvement teams, allowing you to broaden your skill set.

You will gain experience in the following areas (& more!)

• Providing support to the Transformation Team across various initiatives.
• Taking the lead on projects within Project Management.
• Identifying problems and devising effective solutions as part of Process Improvement efforts.
• Conducting data analysis to inform decision-making and drive efficiency.

To be successful for a Transformation graduate program with us, you will:

• Have acquired (or finishing) a relevant BA/BSc/MA degree (Most likely Business, Project management)
• Be a natural “Change Agent” - A champion of change.
• Have strong process improvement skills.
• Be passionate about driving efficiencies.
• Have good data management and analysis skills with strong familiarity across Microsoft Office Suite
