Gracenote seeks a User Experience Designer specializing in Enterprise Application UX to help us grow our media business for both internal and external applications.

What you will do

Participate in a human-centered design process to create the experience of Gracenote’s next geneucts, from concept to execution

Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity final designs in an innovative, fast-paced environment

Iterate and refine design concepts based on driver research findings, automotive customer input and evolving industry trends

Collaborate with a cross functional team of engineers and product managers to align your design solutions with both technical constraints and business goals

Structure and facilitate ideation sessions and workshops to bring together both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Coordinate with stakeholders to negotiate, prioritize and make trade-offs while working effectively across a broad range of teams, content verticals, technologies and processes

Identify and track metrics to measure the success of design solutions

The ideal candidate for this role

Is passionate about their craft and excited for the opportunity to design leading edge future concepts for vehicles

Has domain knowledge across the media, audio, or consumer electronic ecosystems, with a strong understanding of the business dynamics and

Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Has proven experience designing for automotive including having shipped design work for automotive infotainment experiences
