The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for ensuring our customers thrive with Overjet’s software platform. This role will be our first hire solely focused on our customers in the UK, and will need to possess a strong project management skillset. Attention to detail, velocity, and customer obsession are all non-negotiables.

Responsibilities 

  • Managing Enterprise accounts, primarily working with dental office leadership and central office leadership
  • Execute the customer success strategy, focusing on high touch points and relationship building with dental offices
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Achieve individual metrics and KPIs designed to utilize a data-based approach within the Customer Success Team
  • Assist in improving processes around account setup, implementation, training, and ongoing account review and modification to minimize churn and support account expansion
  • Develop and execute account expansion initiatives, including targeted campaigns for low-usage accounts and strategic upsell conversations
  • Conduct frequent reviews (in-person and via phone) with accounts and team to determine customer satisfaction and utilization levels
  • Employ the total office concept, ensuring every member of the dental office staff is engaged
  • Proactively upsell new modules and product enhancements, ensuring customers are fully leveraging the Overjet platform to achieve their goals
  • Build strong executive relationships to influence renewals, negotiate contracts, and align on long-term strategic value

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success in SAAS or similar product, including previous experience with renewals
  • 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and hustle to achieve results in a high-growth startup environment
  • Experience in insurance, dental/healthcare, startups, or B2B software is a plus but not required

Our Hybrid Workplace

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet — which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, Salt Lake City, and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these “geo-hubs” come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
