The Role

As a Unit Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper advancement of all InPlay's core activities. The position represents high operational expertise, and team management duties within the area with the main focus on general problem-solving, and stakeholder communication in cases of any live inquiries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve team goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency.
  • Set and track team and unit-specific goals.
  • People growth and development.
  • Conduct regular assessments, providing feedback and addressing issues.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration with other teams and departments.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • To represent the InPlay teams on an internal level

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of Operational Excellence principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma theory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the sports (Basketball, American football, and Baseball) and betting industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-oriented abilities.
  • Effective communication and representation skills.
  • Skilled in data analysis and outcome orientation.
  • Proactive with excellent time management skills.
  • Coaching and Mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships and networking.
