What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a freelance UX Researcher (early–mid career) to join us on a 6-month full-time contract, with the possibility to extend. You’ll be working in our Innovation & Exploration team alongside a Lead UX Researcher, helping validate new product ideas and run fast, iterative discovery cycles.

This is a hands-on research role where you’ll:

• Plan and conduct 1:1 user interviews
  

• Run moderated and unmoderated usability tests
  

• Set up and manage diary studies
  

• Handle participant recruitment and logistics
  

• Synthesise insights quickly into clear, actionable direction
  

• Help design and product partners learn from users early and often
  

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy fast-paced, exploratory work and feel comfortable owning the end-to-end research process as part of a small, collaborative team.

🗓️ Contract: 6 months to start (extension possible)
🌍 Location: Remote within Europe
