THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior UX Researcher to join the CODE team in Brazil! 

If you want to be part of a high-level UX Research Team and contribute with ResearchOPS and insights management, this is the position for you!  
You will be part of the Product Development team and will respond to the Lead of Global UX Research.
We are in the expansion and growth phase as a company! Our main mission is to promote a healthier life for everyone! To join this goal, we are looking for new professionals with an entrepreneurial vision, a mature vision of how to effectively impact the Upstream and Downstream of product development via UX Research. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • You'll be working to promote a more efficient workflow in the UX Research teams, suggesting ResearchOPS best practices and supporting the management of the UX Research pipeline;
  • You'll make usage of qualitative research with inputs from Data Science, Surveys, Market Research and Product Data to craft actionable insights;
  • You'll boost Atomic Research and contribute to promote UX Research culture in an agile context of product development;
  • Present research findings and recommendations to project stakeholders through written and dynamic reports, including how to measure the expected impact guiding product strategy;
  • Work close to product managers, product designers, SWE and Data analysis to escalate user feedback and turn user insights into actionable recommendations, aiming to reflect in the Product development cycle;
  • You'll work with multiple contexts, with B2B and B2B2C user's group, with autonomy and space to growth as professional.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You know how to get user insights and make them reflect in product development, turning them into actionable experiments guidelines and impacting the product roadmap;
  • For that, your main experience should be in Product Development teams, with successful and professional application of UX research in Digital Products (from designing research scopes to reporting findings from different sources like user interviews, survey's results and internal data);
  • Domain in UX Research briefings and proposals (research design);
  • Previous experience with the management of Research pipelines and ResearchOPS contributions;
  • Basic domain of Excel/Google Spreadsheets features and the basics of statistical concepts;
  • Familiarity testing with prototypes (rough drafts and sketches, paper prototypes, working prototypes) and live builds, from recruitment participants to analyzing results to share with the team;
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative evidences;
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, you need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking in Portuguese and English; your main audience will be product managers and product designers!
  • Able to work independently on multiple projects at once;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize while working on multiple, simultaneous projects of varied size and complexity;
  • Advanced/Professional level of English (English is our main language in the company! All the research findings and reports are necessarily delivered in English, you’ll conduct research with foreigner users all the time);
  • We won't focus on your main bachelor's degree! We'll consider people from Business administration to Social Science, Human-Computer Interaction to Digital Design or related field or equivalent practical experience; Complementary courses in Product Management, Product Analytics and Product Development are very welcomed!Your wellbeing.
  • Bonus Points If:
    • You have Design skills related to problem-solving methods;
    • Experience on UX Design and/or with Information Architecture;
    • Experience working within a global team is a huge plus.
