We are looking for a UX Focused Software Engineer to join a growing team and help develop innovative features on a future iteration of the WWE 2K Series. This role reports in to the Principal Engineer and is fully remote.

What You Will Do

• Develop, implement, and debug code for UI/UX
• Collaborate with UI/UX artists and pod engineers on technical issues
• Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, and scalability

Who Will Be a Great Fit:

• Familiarity with C/C++
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable navigating a very large codebase
• Independent and able to find work without guidance
• Love for video games (not just ours!)
• 2+ years UX implementation experience
• Shipped game titles, preferably on console (UI heavy games such as sports sims a plus!)
• Loves to learn new technologies.
• JIRA Experience
• Perforce Experience

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $89,262 and $114,760 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
