Position Overview

We are on the hunt for a passionate and highly skilled VFX / Motion Graphics Artist to join our world-class post-production team. This is your chance to create jaw-dropping visuals and polished effects seen by millions of fans every week on one of the most beloved YouTube channels in the world.

You’ll collaborate with top creative minds to design, composite, and animate high-impact visuals — from seamless integrations and cleanups to dynamic graphics and potentially 3D elements if that’s in your wheelhouse.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement high-energy motion graphics and visual effects that amplify Dude Perfect’s brand
• Composite VFX into live-action footage (tracking, rotoscoping, keying, plate cleanups, screen replacements)
• Apply color grading and finishing techniques to enhance visual impact and polish
• Optimize and render VFX assets for efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain an organized workflow with clear documentation for projects and assets
• Suggest and apply new tools, plug-ins, and industry techniques to keep Dude Perfect’s visuals fresh and cutting-edge

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics and VFX for digital-first entertainment brands (YouTube or similar highly preferred)
• Portfolio link required for consideration (applications without portfolios will not be reviewed)
• Strong skills in tracking, rotoscoping, keying, compositing, and 3D animation workflows
• Mastery of Adobe After Effects; and Adobe Premiere Pro for integration and finishing
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for integration and finishing
• Strong skills in compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, and 2D animation workflows
• Bonus if you have experience in 3D builds and animation ( Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, or Houdini a strong plus)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
