Job Description

The Vice President, Digital Media Sales will build and lead a revenue team to deliver on the brand integration opportunities within the EA College Football video game. This role is responsible for developing high-value partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving innovative, data-driven partnership strategies.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital media sales, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to lead consultative sales efforts in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Build and mentor a team to sell and deliver assets in the EA College Football Game Develop and execute comprehensive digital and brand integration strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets. Leverage market insights and analytics to build customized proposals that solve client challenges and drive ROI. Innovate to identify and expand inventory within the assigned platform. Cultivate and grow relationships with enterprise-level advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners. Own the sales pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue goals. Stay at the forefront of digital trends, ad technologies, and measurement tools to position the company as a market leader. Proactively manage account renewals and upsells by delivering exceptional service and demonstrable campaign results. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience VP requires minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital media or advertising sales, with a proven record of building teams and exceeding revenue targets. Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic, CTV, social, video, display, and performance marketing.

• Established relationships with key decision-makers at brands and media agencies. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship capabilities
