Our clients include brands you use and know like Microsoft, Target, and Delta Airlines, all of whom trust us to deliver best-in-class outcomes for their employees globally. • Optimize IT and infrastructure spend while maintaining or improving service quality and performance
  • Increase adoption and effective use of core collaboration and productivity tools across the organization

What you’ll bring:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across enterprise technology, infrastructure, and IT operations, including ownership at scale in a technology-driven organization.
  • Proven success defining and executing enterprise IT strategy in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Demonstrated track record modernizing IT service delivery through automation, analytics, and AI (virtual agents, intelligent routing, knowledge management) to improve reliability, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM, observability, SRE-inspired practices, and AI-enabled service delivery models.
  • Financial and vendor management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
