As the Vice President of Customer Success at Finion Capital, a regulated entity in the payment service sector, you will hold a crucial leadership role with a focus on our specific market segment in the fitness industry in Germany and Austria. In this position, you will oversee our customer success and onboarding departments, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the PSP. You will be an integral member of the management team, collaborating with two Managing Directors, the VP of Engineering, and the VP of Business Development.

Your position in our Team
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage 5 team leads and an overarching team of 50+ individuals, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technological Integration: Lead the integration of advanced tools and AI to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key fitness clients, especially enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Strategic Development and Implementation: Develop and execute customer success and onboarding strategies that align with our focus on fitness clients and gyms.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure adherence to ZAG regulations and compliance standards, especially in KYC/UBO procedures.
  • Collaboration and Best Practices Sharing: Promote a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing within and across customer service teams.
  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Regularly assess and report on team performance, focusing on efficiency as a primary success metric.

  • Your Profile
  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years Experience in leading customer-focused organizations of 50+ employees, with a focus on improving efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Expertise: Strong skills in managing relationships with enterprise-level fitness clients and gyms.
  • Strategic Acumen: Capability to develop and execute strategies tailored to the fitness client market.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ZAG and related compliance requirements.
  • Technological Proficiency: Experience in leveraging modern technology, especially AI, in business operations.
  • Language skills: Very good communication skills in both German and English
  • Collaboration and Sharing: Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and share best practices within and across teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven effectiveness in a team-oriented management structure.
