<div>The Vice President of Studio Operations is a key member of the [solidcore] Leadership Team, responsible for the overall performance, growth, and culture of studio operations across all regions and markets.

This is both a strategic and executional role — one that sets the vision for a world-class studio experience while rolling up their sleeves to ensure that vision becomes a consistent reality across all of our studios.</div>

<div>Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP of Studio Operations owns the full P&L for the North America studio fleet, leads a national organization of senior directors and field leaders, and partners cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, talent development, and brand consistency.

This leader is the ultimate champion of the [solidcore] brand — ensuring quality, consistency, and an exceptional client experience at every location.</div></br><b>What You'll Do</b></br><div>

<strong>Business & Financial Leadership</strong>

<li>Own full P&L responsibility for the North America studio fleet, including revenue, payroll, expense management, and profitability</li>

<li>Drive comp growth, productivity, and contribution through disciplined performance management and strong operational rhythms</li>

<li>Set and own the operational strategy for all studios, translating company vision into executable programs across the North American studios</li>

<li>Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability across all markets, including membership growth, client retention, package and retail sales, and new studio performance</li>

<li>Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms across the field organization</li>

<li>Identify risks and opportunities across regions, proactively adjusting strategies to deliver financial targets</li>

<strong>Field Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness</strong>

<li>Lead, coach, and develop Senior Directors responsible for Directors and Area Managers across all regions</li>

<li>Build a high-performing, engaged, and accountable field leadership structure capable of supporting rapid scale</li>

<li>Scale leadership systems, communication rhythms, and operational routines to support a larger, more diverse team</li>

<li>Ensure consistency in execution, communication, and decision-making across all markets</li>

<li>Design and execute in partnership field leaders with turnaround plans for underperforming markets or studios as needed</li>

<strong>Talent Strategy & Bench Development</strong>

<li>Lead the talent pipeline for the studio operations organization — overseeing hiring, succession planning, and development of Directors and senior studio leadership</li>

<li>Partner with People & Culture to design and execute a regional leadership development strategy that ensures a strong pipeline of future leaders</li>

<li>Lead regional talent calibration, performance management, and diversity and inclusion efforts in partnership with People & Culture</li>

<li>Foster an environment of high performance, inclusion, recognition and continuous development — reinforcing leadership behaviors that create strong engagement, low turnover, and high team effectiveness</li>

<strong>Studio Performance & Operations</strong>

<li>Drive operational excellence across the fleet, ensuring every studio delivers a consistent, world-class [solidcore] experience</li>

<li>Continuously refine operational standards and remove friction for studio teams by improving tools, communication, and workflows</li>

<li>Analyze studio performance data — including client retention, team performance, revenue, and client satisfaction — and lead the organization to act decisively on insights</li>

<li>Maintain a relentless focus on customer experience, service standards, and brand integrity</li>

<strong>Growth & Fleet Strategy</strong>

<li>Lead new studio launch strategy, partnering with Real Estate, Development,&nbsp; Construction and marketing to ensure openings are executed to the highest standard and studios ramp quickly</li>

<li>Evaluate studio performance, market dynamics, and organizational needs to inform future growth decisions</li>

<li>Drive multi-year growth plans focused on sales, transaction increases, and long-term value creation</li>

<li>Ensure the field organization is structured and resourced to support a growing fleet</li>

<strong>Cross-Functional Partnership</strong>

<li>Partner closely with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, People & Culture, Real Estate, and Digital to align studio strategies with company priorities</li>

<li>Serve as a key voice of the studios, bringing field insights into enterprise-level decisions and leadership discussions</li>

<li>Represent studio operations in executive leadership discussions, board updates, and investor conversations as needed</li>

<li>Oversee rollout of major company-wide initiatives, ensuring field teams execute consistently and effectively</li>

</div></br><b>What We're Looking For</b></br><div>

<li>10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit operations within fitness, retail, hospitality, consumer services, or a similarly fast-paced, customer-centric industry</li>

<li>Minimum 3–5 years in a VP-level or equivalent executive role with direct oversight of regional or national operations teams, including multi-layered field organizations</li>

<li>Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth or startup environment</li>

<li>Deep experience with full P&L ownership and financial management across multiple locations or markets</li>

<li>Demonstrated success building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams across geographically dispersed markets</li>

<li>Strong merchant mindset with deep understanding of unit-level economics, sales levers, and competitive landscape</li>

<li>Exceptional strategic thinker with the discipline and willingness to be hands-on when the business demands it</li>

<li>Proven ability to lead through change — inspiring and holding leaders accountable through transformation</li>

<li>Outstanding communication, executive presence, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization</li>

<li>Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] mission</li>

<li>Willingness to travel up to 50%</li>
