Opportunity 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP, Partner Growth Marketing to join our growing Clinical Operations and Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and Head of Marketing, in this role you will be responsible for forging and nurturing marketing and communications relationships with our key partners, including health plans and employers, to drive member growth through targeted and precise marketing initiatives. This candidate will work closely with the Member Growth Marketing team, Partner Experience Team, BD team, Clinical Delivery Team, and Clinical Operations team to drive Twin’s growth from Partner to Member. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B2C marketing, ideally within the healthcare industry and specifically, within large health plan organizations.

Responsibilities:

Partner Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with health plan and employer partners
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their unique needs, objectives, and member demographics
  • Starting during the sales cycle, work with large partners on ROI analyses, forecasting active twin potentials, and discussing key tactics that will be available to most accurately forecast the member growth
  • Work closely with legal team to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and a strong foundation for collaboration; Review all sales contracts and ensure that marketing appendix is detailed, specific, and clear on the responsibilities and allowances of both Twin and the partner
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize lead generation channels, campaigns, and tactics.
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, partner success, and implementation to ensure that the marketing team is at the table discussing opportunities to enhance targets and meet growth plans set for the annual year
  • Work with sales team on key final pitches and support acquisition of key clients 
  • Support RFPs and related finalist deliverables, including presentations at key conferences for business development leads
  • Determine prior to launch the quality of eligibles for each partner as high, medium, low and set up conversion plan with core conversion and analytics team prior to implementation
  • Ensure co-branding approval for all partners working implementation and approval timelines into the launch plan

Marketing Strategy Development and Engagement:

  • Devise comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each partner, aligning with overall company goals and working to ensure expectations on conversion are aligned with quality of eligibles and contractual agreements
  • Work closely with the member growth marketing team to create compelling, data-driven campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with partner specific agreements based on sales, contracting, and implementation decisions
  • Lead relationships with the key stakeholders at each partner and work to achieve the highest engagement and innovation to drive member growth
  • Lead partner specific marketing strategic weekly meeting working closely with VP, Member Growth Marketing and VP, Member Enrollment Operations, as well as clinical ops team, PET team, and analytics team

Campaign Execution Support and Iteration:

  • Strategize marketing tactics to drive member growth, considering both online and offline channels and share with Member Growth Marketing team to execute
  • Utilize a variety of marketing tools and platforms to drive execution of campaigns effectively, working closely with VP, Member Growth Marketing
  • Take campaign performance and share back to partners to improve and more precisely drive campaign execution and success
  • Work closely with VP, Member Growth Marketing on expected opens, clicks, registrations in order to optimize active twins, bringing back all ideas to partners for permission and approval and driving novel ideas based on partner precision marketing tactics

Leadership and Team Building:

  • Build a best in class partner marketing team to support both SIE and HP partners, aligned with growth of business
  • Develop metrics for each team member and evaluate performance quarterly according to charter, role, and responsibilities
  • Ensure team is clear on vision and hold team members accountable for business goals and collaborative execution
  • Manage team budget closely to be within allocated budget; make budget adjustments in line with performance of the business

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives
  • Work with analytics and reporting to provide regular reports to partners, highlighting the impact of campaigns and areas for improvement, leading summarizing overall conversion performance at partner quarterly executive business reviews

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years’ in leadership position with interest in growth opportunities in a fast paced start up. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, MBA a plus
  • Proven experience in B2B2C marketing, preferably with experience in health plans and the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of metabolic diseases and a passion for health and wellness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

Core Metrics: At Twin Health, we measure what matters. This is especially true for our partner growth marketing function which is critical to the growth of our business and ensuring partner ROI and impact. Here are the core metric areas that this individual will have analytical support for and accountability on plan and actuals:

  • Active Twins - As a metric of the partner marketing engine, shared with member growth marketing, demonstrating health of B to B to C conversion overall
  • Lead Generation Metrics (eg. Approved marketing campaigns, marketing sends, forecasting vs. actuals)
  • Partner Quality Metrics (eg. L1, L2, L3 quality leads - partner quality graded based on contractual and co-branding achievements and alignment)
  • Marketing Budget - ability to stay within budget to meet goals based on precision marketing strategy
  • Partner NPS (measurement of partner’s experience with our marketing team)
  • Required Skills and Abilities

  • Occasional travel will be required for this role, though the role is remote.

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $200,000-$225,000 annually.
