The Vice President, Strategic Initiatives serves as a strategic right-hand to the President of Learfield Sports Properties. This role drives high-priority strategic initiatives across the division, bringing structure to ambiguity, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring follow-through across leaders and teams.

The ideal candidate blends corporate strategy rigor with operational discipline and is someone who can synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations, create executive-ready narratives, and lead cross-functional workstreams that move the business forward. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Corporate Strategy, Legal, HR, and more to drive performance, strengthen operating cadence, and deliver outcomes on the President’s top priorities. Success requires excellent judgment, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence.
