JioBLAST is a joint venture between Jio's RISE Worldwide and the Danish esports company BLAST ApS, officially launched in October 2025. The role

The Video Editor at JioBLAST is responsible for bringing our esports stories to life through dynamic, engaging, and high-quality video content. This role demands a strong sense of storytelling, pace, and visual rhythm, along with the ability to deliver high-volume content under tight timelines especially during live tournaments. You will work closely with designers and content teams to ensure seamless integration of graphics, branding, and thumbnails into every piece of content.

We’re looking for someone who understands the pulse of gaming audiences, can adapt to evolving content formats, and is passionate about creating content that entertains, excites, and builds a loyal community around JioBLAST.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-impact video content including tournament highlights, promos, and social-first videos
• Create engaging YouTube content and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts)
• Work closely with designers to integrate graphics, thumbnails, and branding into videos
• Produce quick turnaround edits for live tournaments and match highlights
• Add motion graphics, sound design, and effects to elevate content quality
• Ensure all video outputs align with JioBlast’s visual identity and branding

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in video editing (gaming/esports preferred)

• Proficiency in Adobe premiere pro, after effects, audition 
• The basics of Blender would be a plus. Basic understanding of design
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Familiarity with YouTube content formats and optimization
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-volume output during tournaments
