  • Partner directly with senior leaders, including the CEO and the executive team, to deliver high-impact messaging that drives clarity, engagement, and alignment across the organization.

  • Lead the creation and management of internal channels (e.g., intranet, all-hands meetings, email newsletters, employee forums), ensuring consistency and transparency in messaging.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational change, transformation, and crisis communications to ensure employees are informed and connected.

  • Collaborate closely with the People team to support internal initiatives including DE&I, talent development, and culture-building programs.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously optimize based on feedback and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in internal and corporate communications; experience in publicly traded, consumer-facing, or tech-driven companies is highly valued.
