Role: Master of Ceremonies (M.C.)
Full Time, Seasonal Crew Position (Extensive travel)
Start Date – varying between October 6th – 20th, 2025
End Date – As late as November 26th (Depending on Crew)
Outside, Inc. is seeking Master of Ceremonies to introduce our film and our brands on a nightly basis to large audiences across the country while on the road during the Warren Miller Film Tour. Warren Miller Entertainment is one of the largest, most established, and successful action sports film companies today, with more than 76 years of snow sports filmmaking experience. The annual Warren Miller Film Tour (training in Boulder for 7-10 days and then road travel from late-October to late-November) continues the legacy of the brand, reaching more skiers, snowboarders, and outdoor enthusiasts than any other snow sports film to date.
Candidates must have experience hosting in the live event environment. The primary responsibility involves interacting with the audience from the stage, introducing our sponsors, leading the audience through our show, managing prize draws and introducing athletes/sponsors/production crew. This is a crew role that requires the M.C. to be an active member of a 4-person crew in setting up multiple events on a 6-8 week schedule. The M.C. will be required to manage the local backstage theater crew to ensure a flawless presentation is achieved at every venue. Additionally, the M.C. will work in tandem with the other crew members to create a lively event atmosphere utilizing the equipment provided by WME and its sponsors. Management of event equipment and transportation to/from each venue is the responsibility of the crew. There will be travel required. Familiarity with the brand is not required, however an appreciation and familiarity with the winter sports industry and the brands represented is strongly preferred.
This role is fully mobile with constant travel required and may include sharing lodging/accommodations with another member of the crew.

For this seasonal/temporary role you can expect to be paid $865 per week. In addition, you will be compensated a taxable per diem rate of $70/day for scheduled days actively working on the tour.
