Your Role

The website coordinator works in conjunction with other website team members to manage the major functions of the website's backend and frontend. This role works extensively in Shopify, Excel, Google Suite, and potentially other tools to optimize site performance. The Website Coordinator works closely with the entire ecommerce team, as well as the larger marketing team and cross-functionally with many other departments on day to day responsibilities and projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads on maintaining the product catalog including compiling information, reviewing for accuracy, product creation, and refining accompanying processes.
  • Maintain the website product launch plan, which includes tracking the status of inventory, product deliveries, and product assets by working cross-departmentally to strategically establish website launch dates.
  • Oversee the processes associated with maintaining Stio Second Turn including UX, inbound/outbound shipment tracking, partner workflows, and website strategy.
  • Implement and provide input on SEO strategies.
  • Implement and maintain strategies for various website integrations such as upsells, cross-sells and in-stock notifications.
  • Manage the website’s “Back in Stock” and upsell/cross-sell platforms and processes.
  • Manage the processes for creating website and in-store promotional codes.
  • Implement website pricing updates.
  • Support on facilitating the generation of website creative assets.
  • Occasional ownership or support on promotional and project briefs.
  • General support and maintenance of the website as needed.
  • Works cross-functionally with planning, marketing, customer experience, and art teams
  • Potential for occasional work related travel.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant field preferred
  • Interest in website UX, ecommerce, SEO, website visual merchandising required
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel require
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for organization
  • Team and goal oriented mindset
  • Strong interest in learning new skills and taking on challenges

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $36,000-$45,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
