THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Planning Specialist to our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo, Brazil.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Control - Process and Quality specialist to join our team in São Paulo! In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of our engagement process, from sales handover to client launch and CS handover. You will act as a guardian of process quality, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring clients are set up for success.
Reporting to the Onboarding Efficiency and Control Leader, you will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our onboarding process and driving client satisfaction.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Monitor the execution of onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with defined standards and consistency in delivery.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics (SLA, NPS, TTV, etc.) and create reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Conduct internal audits on onboarding processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of playbooks, training materials, and operational documentation.
  • Act as a bridge between the onboarding operation and cross-functional teams to report issues, track resolutions, and suggest structural improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of workflows alongside leadership, bringing a critical, scalable perspective.
  • Identify and help disseminate best practices across implementation teams.
  • Support on Tier 3 Launches (scalable Launches)

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous relevant of proven work experience in a related position, preferably in onboarding, process control, or quality assurance.
  • Experience with process control, operational quality, or continuous improvement (preferably in onboarding, CX, or B2B post-sales environments).
  • Ability to work with data, generate reports, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and structured thinking.
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to create clear, objective documentation.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and bringing practical, day-to-day solutions to the team.
  • Advanced English 
  • Experience with process management and workflow tools (Pipefy, Jira, Notion, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with scale-up environments or companies undergoing process evolution.
