Role Brief:
We are looking for a Wellness Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful, market-leading wellness programmes for high-profile clients. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll manage key relationships, oversee programme delivery, and use data-driven insights to shape innovative wellbeing strategies that truly make a difference.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you’ll collaborate across teams, lead stakeholder engagement, and contribute to commercial growth through client retention and new opportunities. From coordinating events and campaigns to analysing trends and driving continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of supporting seamless, engaging wellbeing experiences.

Responsibilities

  • The Wellness Success Manager will actively manage key wellness client(s) for one our most valued insurance partners. 
  • This will include communication, relationships, MI, commercials, feedback, and general service-related discussions.
  • To understand and contribute on all elements of the service delivery. Includes clients, people, and our expertise.
  • Contribute to commercial success of the unit. Includes growth of contracts, bid, tenders and retaining key clients and support of BDM's and the Head of Wellness Delivery.
  • Creating monthly reports for the key clients engagement, trends and successes/challenges
  • Keeping knowledge / CPD up to date through continued research and commitment to learning.
  • Administrative duties to include supporting delivery of communications and all aspects of event management
  • Be a figurehead and inspiration for other team members. Offering support and guidance when needed. Understanding and respecting team wellbeing when appropriate.
  • Innovation / evolution. Working closely with other parts of the business, seeking opportunities to improve our wellness proposition based on insights and trends your clients are seeing and requesting
  • Collaboration. Lead and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Includes third parties and internal units such as proposition, marketing, new business and account management
  • Oversee and monitor trends and successes around existing programmes with specific clients
  • Developing strategies in collaboration with our partners around wellbeing delivery for your set clients
  • Leverage the experts available through our partners in order to get the best possible delivery 
  • Support specific wellness clients in the development of programmes through onsite/remote workshops and scoping meetings.
  • Support our partners corporate sales teams in the presentation and delivery of our market leading wellness offering for specified clients.
  • Working with a key strategic partner and associated clients/partners to deliver a single point of contact on all wellness services to specific clients.
  • Become an expert on all our key partner’s wellness and screening services.
  • Manage a specific set of clients through their operational delivery of wellness programmes for a key strategic partner.
  • Build and maintain a strong client relationship. 
  • Build and maintain a strong Account Manager/BDM relationship.
  • Co-ordination of our strategic partners service providers activities.
  • Provide a connected programme across all service providers
  • Ensure seamless booking of third-party providers.
  • Promotion of programmes through comms, campaigns and more.
  • Data collection and reporting on programme effectiveness in conjunction with account manager/BDM.
  • Manage centralised reporting and feedback across all providers.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in workplace wellbeing.
  • Any other requests deemed required by the business and to support the wider departmental goals and objectives 

Requirements

  • A Customer Focused Attitude to deliver best in class 
  • The ability to work on own initiative and to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard of accuracy. 
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills.
  • A problem solver and a self-starter
  • Experience using CRM/Salesforce or task management software
  • Adaptability to software and systems 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a corporate business environment.
  • Account Coordination/Account Management experience essential.
  • Exposure in delivering Health & Wellbeing consultancy services
  • Strong operational background
  • Strong communication with stakeholders of all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
  • Experience working in a similar role/or industry.
  • Health Promotion expertise
  • Experience with ADOBE
  • A degree is not essential, but you must have the ability to learn the technical skills, build relationships, ensure effective communication, and adopt a team approach. 
  • Experience in Event Planning
  • A keen interest in wellbeing and supporting clients wellbeing agenda’s
