As a Working Student (m/f/x) you will be assisting the Legal team at Tipico with any legal paperwork and administration. This role would be on a part-time basis (we are looking for someone to work between 12 to 20 hours weekly) depending on the need of the department and on a fixed term contract of 1 year. 

Your playing field

• Supporting. You will be supporting our Office Management and Legal departments with handling claims from customers, specifically the handling of incoming posts and scanning and processing of documents. You will also be supporting with corporate and administrative-related ad-hoc tasks.
• Tech-Savvy. You will need to have basic knowledge of commonly used Microsoft Office related programs (Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook).
• Proactive. Participate in department and team meetings as required. 

Which skills you should bring to the pitch

• Education. Diploma or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
• Strong Communicator. Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Attentive To Detail. Accuracy in this role is essential.
• Language. We are an international company with over 50 different nationalities. For a better understanding and communication, English is our language. Advanced German would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
