IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for a motivated working student (f/m/x) to join our dedicated Amazon team. In this role, you will be managing our interactions with Amazon Seller Support, ensuring efficient case resolutions, and maintaining our high standards of online presence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Submit new cases to Amazon Seller Support and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor case progress and coordinate with internal teams to gather information or address specific e-commerce challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on case details, actions taken, and outcomes to support continuous improvement in our e-commerce operations.
• Contribute to quality assurance checks to ensure all listings meet Amazon’s guidelines for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze case data to identify trends and devise strategies to prevent recurring issues.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are proficient in using tools such as Excel. 
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Being familiar with Amazon Seller Support is a big plus. 
• You are a clear and concise communicator, capable of effectively conveying issues and solutions both to Amazon Seller Support and within our team.
• You are adept at managing your time and prioritizing tasks to meet important deadlines.
• You demonstrate persistence and resilience, following up on cases until they are resolved satisfactorily.

HIRING PROCESS

2. Get to know each other: In our first call, we want to exchange expectations and answer first questions. Furthermore, we would like to tell you more about BRAINEFFECT and our mission.
3. Case Study: This might be the most fun part. We will ask you to prepare a short assignment and submit your results within a given amount of time.
4. Meet your team: Within a video call you will meet our Head of Amazon and our E-Commerce Manager. Time to talk more about technical facts and the work within the department at BRAINEFFECT.
5. Office Interview: Even though it is very convenient to meet online, we would like to invite you to our office and give you the chance to get to know us in person.
