As our Working Student Performance Marketing (FRANCE), you’ll work closely with our international team to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive growth in the French market. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of performance marketing, leveraging data and creativity to fuel success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

• Campaign Support: Provide support in day-to-day tasks and assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Manual Tasks: Support with operational tasks such as uploading ads and managing campaign workflows.
• Translation: Translate German content or storylines for the French audience to ensure a localized and engaging approach.
• Content Creation Support: Source User-Generated Content (UGC) creators for the French market and collaborate with them to gather impactful content.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, create insightful reports, and suggest improvements to optimize results.
• Market Research: Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities in the French market.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to implement strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to brand communication.

YOUR PROFILE

• Languages: Native French speaker with fluent English skills.
• Education: enrolled in a relevant degree program such as marketing, digital marketing, economics, or communication for at least another year.
• Skills:
  • Confident with numbers and comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to work.
• Passion: Strong interest in online retail and digital marketing technologies.
• Mindset: A creative thinker with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Prior internships or part-time roles in marketing or advertising are a plus but not required.

HIRING PROCESS

2. Get to know each other: In our first call, we want to exchange expectations and answer first questions. Furthermore, we would like to tell you more about BRAINEFFECT and our mission.
3. Case Study: This might be the most fun part. We will ask you to prepare a short assignment and submit your results within a given amount of time.
4. Meet your team-lead: Within a videocall you will meet your teamlead Tung and our CMO Sophie. Time to talk more about technical facts and the work within the department at BRAINEFFECT.
5. Finally - Our Offer: We aim to finish the entire process as soon as possible.
